We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic engineering team. Our ideal candidate is a professional with over five years of experience in the field, who can effectively handle a range of surveying tasks, including boundary determination, topographical mapping, and ALTA surveys. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed field surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports and maps. This role requires a high level of precision and a deep understanding of mathematical and scientific concepts. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Responsibilities :

• Conducting field surveys to establish legal boundaries, topography, and ALTA surveys.
• Supervising survey party chiefs and ensuring that field data is accurately collected and processed.
• Collaborating with engineers and architects on projects to determine precise locations and measurements.
• Preparing detailed site plans, survey reports, and maps using computer software.
• Evaluating survey objectives and specifications to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.
• Analyzing survey data, source maps, photographs, and other records to determine the precise location and measurements of important features.
• Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
• Maintaining records, preparing legal documents, and sharing survey findings with clients and stakeholders.
