Contract To Hire Superintendent

Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.

Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.

Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.

Communicate daily project status to Project Manager.

Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.

Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.

Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance.

Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.

3+ years of superintendent experience.

Experience with civil / utilities on commercial new construction projects.

Proficiency in Procore.

Ability to travel year-round.

This is a Contract to Hire position with a firm based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48 / hr.
