You will lead a team of experienced claims professionals, oversee large and complex commercial property claims, and work closely with senior management to enhance claims outcomes, elevate customer experience, and drive profitability. Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the commercial property claims function

Manage high-severity losses, litigation, and large loss claims with precision and care

Align claims practices with corporate goals , promoting innovation and continuous improvement

Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable state laws and internal audit standards

Develop and mentor team members, promoting a high-performance, service-driven culture

Leverage data and metrics to assess performance and guide improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial property claims

Strong expertise in Commercial Property policies (Commercial Agricultural Property experience is a plus)

Proven success in team leadership, strategic planning , and claims operations management

Demonstrated ability to communicate across all organizational levels

Skilled in data-driven decision-making and process optimization
