Job Title

JOB TITLE : Part-Time Audio / Visual Technician

Job Purpose

JOB PURPOSE : Provide technical assistance and support for clients during events as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with a team to provide audio / visual support to all events in the University of Wyoming Conference Center, the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, and any other spaces our AV equipment is being used.
• Set up and maintain audio / visual equipment; configure and operate projectors, microphones, audio mixing consoles, video switchers, teleconferencing equipment; manage storage room; and provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
• Provide technical assistance and support for clients during events as requested.
• Perform duties in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner always.
• Report directly to the Audio / Visual Services Coordinator.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
