Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Collaborate closely with customers and support testing and training efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years' experience in business analysis or related field
Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience
ConceptOne and / or other MGA Policy Administrative systems experience
SQL queries and data analysis experience
