Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT services and infrastructure to identify potential issues before service disruptions occur
Perform capacity management and analyze trends to forecast future needs
Resolve tickets through ITSM tools, ensuring issues are addressed thoroughly to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in a large-scale Enterprise environment supporting secure IT services
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Proven knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
Experience with virtualization platforms, patch management tools, and networking infrastructure
Ability to use monitoring tools and perform standard backup and restore tasks with enterprise systems
