Site Supervisor Rack Deployment Projects Location : New Carlisle, IN Pay : $26-$37 / hr. depending on experience, Start Date : Variable (pending background check and orientation) About the Role : Precision-driven leader needed to supervise site crews depalletizing , moving assets and securely transport into live data centers. Responsibilities :
- On-site crew management and task delegation
- Liaison between project management and labor crew
- Enforce project timeline, documentation accuracy, and safety protocols Requirements :
- Prior supervisory experience in logistics or construction
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- PPE-compliant (boots, glasses, gloves, vest, hard hat, hearing protection)
