Job Description

• Serve as a Cost Analyst
• Perform studies to develop, review, and maintain Project Manager (PM) positions for assigned programs
• Provide cost estimating advice to personnel at all levels, pertaining to cost analysis methodology
• Perform a wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of :
• Life cycle cost estimates (LCCE)
• Program office estimates (POE)
• Develop / evaluate cost assessments and cost positions relating to systems development and production
• Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems
• Work with SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCEs) and POEs
• Provide technical guidance and information to meet requirements
• Review product teams work for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate work efforts with Product teams and APMs
• Document the methodology of the cost models and the assumptions behind them
