Job Title : Orthopedic Surgeon Location : Near Berlin , Maryland Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our dynamic team near Berlin , Maryland , supporting the Eastern Shore community . This position provides a balanced schedule with 10 days of ED call per month and Monday-Friday office hours . Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care to patients Utilize advanced technologies, including Mako SmartRobotics and CORI Surgical Systems Participate in ED call coverage (10 days per month) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care Facility Details : Not-for-Profit, 62-Bed Hospital Advanced Surgical Technology : Access to Mako SmartRobotics and CORI Surgical System Dedicated support from a community-focused, Eastern Shore healthcare team Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Joint Fellowship Training preferred Maryland State Medical License (or eligibility for licensure) Visa sponsorship is not available Benefits Base Salary : $600,000 plus productivity bonuses based on wRVU Commencement Bonus : $50,000 Relocation Assistance : Paid Student Loan Assistance : Available through State of Maryland program Comprehensive Benefits Package : Includes health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement Plan : Employer-matched 401(k) Paid Time Off : 5 weeks of vacation and 7 additional holidays This is a prime opportunity to build a fulfilling practice in a beautiful coastal community .
