Job Description

Master Data team lead (recently implemented S / 4HANA) and responsible for SAP MDG deployment. Work closely with the site business leader to gather requirements for interfaces, reports, and conversion logic to streamline extracted legacy data into SAP.

• Design, change, or improvise solutions for data quality validation using SAP BODS. Data quality rules were developed to cleanse 288K customers and 1.7 million products.
• Design, change, or improvise business-specific rules for retail customer and product data governance using SAP MDG. In addition to the MDG solution, a custom solution maintenance or design may need to be revisited to supplement data quality outside of MDG.
• Design, change, or improvise master data interfaces (customer, products, vendors) to support data synchronization across SAP and legacy systems.
• Design, change, or improvise and implement SAP MDG solutions for Material and Customer data to improve governance and accuracy.
• Design, change, or improvise customized workflows in SAP MDG to streamline approval processes and reduce cycle time.
• Collaborate with business leaders (VP, Director) and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for MDG enhancements.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to deploy solutions as per plan.
