Looking to grow into a leadership role in retail? Braswell & Son is hiring a Manager in Training to develop into one of our next store leaders. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales skills, customer service experience, and leadership potential pawn experience is not required, well teach you!

What Youll Do

  • Learn all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and loan writing
  • Lead by example in delivering a best-in-class customer experience
  • Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
  • Assist with opening / closing procedures and daily financial transactions
  • Train directly under experienced store managers with a path to promotion

    • What Were Looking For

  • Leadership ability previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
  • Strong background in customer service and retail or sales
  • Comfortable working with financial transactions and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and professional appearance
  • Desire to grow into a management role
