We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with the drive to generate new business opportunities as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is all about prospecting, cold calling, and creating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
What You'll Do :
- Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach .
- Research and identify decision-makers at target companies.
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects and uncover security needs.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for our Direct Sales Representatives.
- Track outreach activities and pipeline progress in the CRM.
What We're Looking For :
1–2 years in sales, business development, or outbound calling (preferred).Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections.Strong communication and active listening skills.Highly organized, persistent, and motivated by hitting goals.Interest in launching or growing a career in sales, especially in cybersecurity.Why Join TechGuard Security?
