job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct inspections and communicate about warranty and quality items to internal staff and external customers in the Midwest Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all company products to answer customer inquiries and evaluate returned tires Travel 50% of the time to customer locations for inspections and support Research and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively Maintain knowledge of competitor products and tire industry regulations High School diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the tire or automotive industries Strong oral and written communication skills Valid driver\'s license and personal vehicle for travel Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities Prior customer service experience in a related field Familiarity with tire industry regulations and competitor products Experience with warranty and quality assurance processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of innovative tire technologies
