Retail Shift Manager

For 53 years NOC has led the outdoor industry, taken more guests whitewater rafting and taught more paddlers than any other outdoor recreation company. NOC also provides top-quality aerial and trail-based adventures, wilderness medicine as well as unmatched retail service, foodservice, lodging, and trip planning services.

The Retail Shift Manager will assist the Store Manager by overseeing daily operations of the sales floor and providing leadership to our Retail Sales Associates at our Grove Park Inn store location. This position will provide our guests with an extraordinary customer experience by sharing their passion for the activities and products that the NOC promotes.

Full-time year-round position.

Responsibilities

Oversee floor operations during shifts

• Provide solutions for any staff or guest questions
• Complete all daily communication and tasks that support sales floor operations
• Responsible for opening / closing duties as outlined by management

Outline the schedule for the day

Stocking and cleaning

Ensure a positive guest experience

Training and communication
