Help American Bolt move more than products - help us move the market. American Bolt is looking for a versatile Marketing Generalist II to support and strengthen our brand across the fast-paced world of fastener distribution. In this role, you'll connect planning to execution, along with market research and analysis, to ensure our marketing efforts drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth. You'll work closely with sales and leadership to showcase what sets our company apart - solutions, relationships, and availability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development – own and deliver on lead generation plan and results.
  • Market research and analysis – proposal development, report preparation.
  • Social media management and engagement.
  • Create clear, engaging content – developing client-facing presentations, project roadmaps, marketing materials, status reports, and more.
  • Maintain and enhance website content and online presence, ensuring consistency and SEO performance.
  • Coordinate trade shows and expos, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Translate marketing and channel performance data into clear, actionable insights.
  • CRM management.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years' of experience in marketing, preferably within distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industries.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge regularly.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and apply that research in a meaningful way (i.e. competitive analysis, vendor capabilities, industry trends).
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office 365, CRMs, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, and customer visits.
