The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction, providing exceptional associate and customer service, ensuring store standards and company programs meet operational expectations, maintaining the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building, ensuring associates are productive, performing all team leader functions, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
