The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for inventory management tasks while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment, put away, cycle counting, return product management, back-order and Days' Supply monitoring, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Manage returned goods according to standard operating procedures; monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner.
- Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked.
- Monitor and remove short-dated or expired product from active inventory.
- File inventory and SOX documentation.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by Leadership.
Required Qualifications
1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and / or inventory environment.Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.Compensation
Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from $18.50 - $20.02 per hour.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire.Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.Anticipated Weekly Hours

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $16.00 - $26.21 per hour.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
