General Manager (Breakfast Concept)Location : [Specify Location, e.g., Holly Springs, Falls River, or Millbrook]

Compensation : $52,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Type : Full-Time, Salaried

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced, certified, and dynamic General Manager to lead our high-volume breakfast, brunch, and lunch operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining our commitment to quality. Key Requirements & Compensation :

Detail | Specification

Starting Salary | $52,000 per year

Work Schedule | 6 days per week, 5 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM (approximately 6 x 10-hour shifts)

Time Off | One full weekend off per month

Holiday | Christmas Day off

Certification | Must be ServeSafe Certified

Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) management, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Manage employee schedules, payroll, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational metrics.
