job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport patent prosecution processes including drafting and filing patent applications and responses Manage trademark portfolio including trademark searches, applications, and maintenance activities Assist with copyright registration and protection across company's software and technology products Conduct due diligence on intellectual property matters for acquisition targets and business development Maintain and organize IP databases, dockets, and filing systems Coordinate with outside IP counsel and manage external vendor relationships Support IP licensing negotiations and agreement management Assist with IP-related research and competitive landscape analysis Prepare IP reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership Minimum 3-5 years of intellectual property paralegal experience Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, and copyright processes and procedures Experience with IP database management and docketing systems Proficiency in USPTO filing procedures and international IP processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment Paralegal certificate or equivalent education preferred Experience supporting acquisition due diligence processes a plus
