SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting clients, pharmacies, plan members with pharmacy benefit questions and problems while positively representing the company.
- Shifts Available : 12 : 00PM Noon - 9 : 00PM or 1 : 00PM - 10 : 00PM, Note : Training Shift will be 9 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM for the first 30 days
- Location : In-Person (this position is not remote or hybrid)
- Job Type : Full-Time
- Pay Rate : $15.50 per Hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following :
Promptly and courteously answer inbound telephone callsAssess, prioritize and resolve client issues using good listening and comprehension skillsEscalate issues to management as appropriateDocument and retain all pertinent informationQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position, preferably in a call center environmentPBM, pharmacy technician or health care industry experience preferredProficient PC skills in Windows-based applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent telephone etiquette and strong customer service orientationHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to exercise logical critical thinking in problem solvingAbility to be flexible and quickly adapt to the changing needs in the departmentFlexible with scheduled work hoursBilingual English / Spanish is a plusEDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalentPharmacy Technician Certification is a plusPHYSICAL DEMANDS
