MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF PLUMBING COMPONENT ASSEMBLY OR MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Assembler for a faucet manufacturing facility in Huntington Beach, CA.

Schedule : Monday, Friday, 2 PM-11 : 15 PM. Ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements for the Plumbing Assembler :

  • 1 year of recent plumbing or mechanical assembly experience required.
  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
  • Must be comfortable with working in an environment exposed to heat, cold, dust, and moderate noise.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a background, drug screen, and E-Verify
  • Prior experience in roles such as Plumbing Assembly Technician, Plumbing Fixtures Assembler, Plumbing Assembly Worker, Plumbing Components Technician, Plumbing Manufacturing Assembler, Faucet Assembly Technician, Showerhead & Valve Assembler, Plumbing Hardware Assembler, Fixture Assembly Specialist, Plumbing Product Fabrication Technician, Plumbing Assembly Specialist is a big plus!

  • Responsibilities of the Plumbing Assembler :

  • Assembling plumbing systems and fixtures (spouts, valves, showerheads, etc.).
  • Water pressure and flow testing on required assemblies.
  • Inspection of finished components during assembly to conform to quality standards.
  • Following instructions and locating parts on Pick Tickets.
  • Notifying the team leader of quality variances and parts shortages.
  • Operating hand tools.
  • Performing corrective maintenance on water systems, such as valves and blow-offs.
  • Entering orders into the ERP system to track rework orders to the finishing department.
  • Ensuring rework and repair orders are maintained in an organized manner and up to date.
  • Maintaining close communication with the Finishing team to ensure rework.
