Public Sector Architect

A company is looking for a Public Sector Architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Influence and consult on federal architecture requirements and ensure compliance with US government security standards

Provide technical leadership for the federal authorization process and develop a comprehensive security architecture aligned with FedRAMP and DISA requirements

Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, design security controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to address security-related concerns

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience architecting complex solutions on AWS, with knowledge of Azure / GCP as a plus

Strong knowledge of DoD and federal civilian compliance standards, including NIST and FISMA

Expertise in cloud architecture and federal product boundary protection requirements

Ability to design architectural diagrams and documents

Strong operating system, virtual machine, and container knowledge
