Senior Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact

Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams

Monitor and review IT service levels and communicate changes to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience

4 - 6 years of related experience in business systems analysis

Experience with ServiceNow, MS Office Suite, and Excel is desired

Knowledge of healthcare payer business functions and Agile Software Development

Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
