Senior Graphic Designer, Pursuit & Creative

Join Aon’s Pursuit & Creative team as a Senior Graphic Designer, where your expertise in graphic design will drive creative excellence across Risk Capital and Human Capital Solutions. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, or New York, NY offices.

What the day will look like Collaborate independently and within teams to produce consistent, high-quality designs across print and digital platforms.

Partner with Creative Managers and design colleagues to develop frequently used graphics aligned with brand standards.

Lead design execution using storytelling techniques and presentation tools.

Apply advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office to deliver polished, brand-aligned work.

Demonstrate strong layout and design skills with attention to detail, creativity, and self-motivation.

Analyze complex design challenges using independent judgment and creative problem-solving.

Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.

Represent Aon’s brand strategy internally to influence and inspire creative alignment.

Develop scalable creative processes and tools for fast-paced, budget-conscious environments.

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
