Position Summary :

We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. DSPs play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities in daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering community involvement.

Responsibilities :

Assist individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, and medication administration
Support clients in achieving personal goals and skill development
Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
Monitor and document clients’ progress and behavior
Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment
Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors
Respond appropriately to behavioral and medical situations

Requirements :

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services is a plus but not required – we will train the right candidate
