The Role

We’re looking for a freelance content creator / producer based on the US East Coast to shape women’s health and wellness storytelling for 40+ audiences . This person will collaborate with creators, medical experts, and production teams to bring educational and lifestyle content to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Storytelling : Transform perimenopause and health-related insights into snackable, trustworthy content that builds awareness, supports education, and strengthens community trust.
• Product Storytelling : Develop content that explains Flo’s features and product value in ways that feel approachable and relevant to a 40+ audience.
• Community Management : Lead engagement strategies — replying to comments, participating in outbound conversations.
• Production Leadership : Manage creators, spokespersons, and freelance editors / videographers, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery.
• Collaboration : Work with Flo’s internal teams to align social content with brand and product priorities while staying audience-first.
• Analytics & Iteration : Track performance, gather feedback, and optimize content based on learnings.
