HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Blackville / Williston, SC, within our Long Term Care division in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and communicate progress effectively
