Compensation : $75,000 – $90,000 annually

As an Operations Manager , you’ll oversee the Elkhart, IN location , serving as the on-site leader responsible for daily operations, field staff management, and overall service quality. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll ensure efficient workflows, uphold high safety and service standards, and drive team success across residential and commercial accounts.

As Operations Manager, you’ll be a key operational leader driving daily performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You’ll build strong teams, improve processes, and help elevate the company’s reputation as a trusted service provider.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage daily operations of the Elkhart location, ensuring effective scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Pool Technicians.
Maintain consistent service quality, safety, and professionalism.
Provide hands-on support for customer service and warranty-related issues.
Partner with leadership to implement operational strategies and business goals.
Manage inventory, equipment, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Track key performance metrics and develop process improvement plans.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of field staff.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Foster strong relationships with customers and promote teamwork across the facility.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent management experience.
3–5 years of leadership experience in service, construction, or field operations.
Proven ability to lead and support field service teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience managing warranty or customer service processes.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Valid state driver’s license required.
