Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Must-Have Skills / Experience :

  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Description :

This is a 198-bed facility providing healthcare services.

The organization features state-of-the-art operating suites.

It serves a diverse patient population with various medical needs.

The facility is recognized for its quality care in multiple areas including medical and surgical services.

It also offers specialized units and extensive imaging and lab testing services.

The work environment includes a focus on patient-centered care.

The ICU consists of 14 beds.

Patient ratios are 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 for optimal care.

Required certifications must be through the appropriate organization.

Nurses may be required to float to other inpatient nursing units as needed.

The patient population primarily consists of adults.

The facility utilizes an electronic health record system.

Team collaboration and communication are essential for success in this role.
