Leading Beauty Brand is seeking a Social Media Director to join the team!

The Role

As the Director of Social Media, you will drive the strategy for content and community engagement across all social platforms. You will lead a team in creating innovative, social-first content and campaigns while ensuring brand loyalty and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored organic social strategies for brand-owned platforms.
  • Build annual content calendars to drive growth and engagement.
  • Lead creator-first strategies across organic channels.
  • Optimize brand communications for social audiences.
  • Use social media to build brand equity and drive revenue.
  • Manage social KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Establish the brand as a leader in the social space.

What Youll Bring

  • 8-12+ years of experience in social media strategy and digital marketing.
  • A proven track record in building high-growth brands within the beauty category.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in social analytics tools.
