Your ability to manage the intricacies of clinical nursing will be key to achieving long-range goals for patient care.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.\n
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.\n
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care administered.\n
- Assess learning needs; provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.\n\nJob Requirements : \n\nEducation / Skills : \n
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.\n\nExperience : \n
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred.\n\nLicenses, Registrations, or Certifications : \n
- BLS certification required.\n
- Current RN license in the state of employment or compact.\n
- Current ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.\n\nAll newly hired experienced RNs are required to attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days. A structured preceptorship will follow, ensuring you have the support to thrive in your new role.
