Middle Office Service Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Middle Office Service Support Specialist is responsible for completing various middle office operations functions and ensuring that there is a seamless and integrated flow of information between Trust Administration, Trust Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Investments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete account opening / closing procedures.
• Assist Wealth Advisory Personnel in the client onboarding process.
• Ensure client access to online wealth management programs; providing on-going service support to the client.
• Review and send client documents & notifications on accounts.
• Perform ongoing account maintenance & updates.
• Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.
• Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
• Maintain assets in safekeeping vault & integrity of client vault files.
• Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range : $17 - $21 / hour)
