Key responsibilities include :

• Prepare for patient visits : Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.
• Maintain exam rooms : Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.
• Patient preparation : Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.
• Initial medical screening : Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.
• Assist during exams : Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.
• Efficient use of time : Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.
