Temporary Medical Assistant
We are seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant at Colorado Physician Partners!

Key responsibilities include :
- Prepare for patient visits : Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.
- Maintain exam rooms : Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.
- Patient preparation : Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.
- Initial medical screening : Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.
- Assist during exams : Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.
- Efficient use of time : Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.
Qualifications :
Communication skills : Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately. High degree of diplomacy and tact.Technical skills : Beginner to intermediate computing and phone skills.Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to various job duties and cross-train within other departments.Multi-tasking : Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.Cultural sensitivity : Experience working with diverse populations.Professionalism : Knowledge of "Universal Precautions" and adherence to HIPAA standards.Language skills : Bilingual in English / Spanish or other languages is a plus.Driver's license : Valid State Driver's License preferred.Education :
