Position Overview :

As an Assistant Site Manager, your primary mission is to drive membership sales while ensuring smooth operations. You'll be a hands-on leader— closing sales at the pay station, coaching your team to upsell, and optimizing labor efficiency . This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with customers, thrives on hitting targets, and can motivate a team to do the same.

Positions Available

Full-time (35 – 40 hours per week)

Working Days

Monday – Sunday (a typical schedule will include Sunday and Monday as a requirement).

Working Hours

7 : 30 AM – 9 : 00 PM (shifts vary); ASMs work an average of 35 – 40 hours per week.

Criteria

Internal promotions are always !

Manages teams of 8+;

Criteria 2+ years commission sales + leads teams of 10+

Can handle both being in the EDGE-ucator role and managing labor and the site when in charge of the shift.

Criteria SM-ready —exceeds in sales, labor, and ops.

Must be willing to complete our EDGE-ucator sales training within 60 days of hire.
