GARAGE - Team Leader FT - Scottsdale Fashion Square We are a global fashion digital retailer with the Garage and Dynamite brands, operating over 300 stores in Canada and the U.S. since 1975, with more than 4,000 employees.

Job Summary : Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience, managing daily operations, optimizing inventory, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment.

Qualifications : High school diploma

1 year of retail team lead experience

2 years retail experience preferred

Passion for fashion

Customer-oriented with problem-solving and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
