An Assistant Director of Regional Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) would manage the day-to-day operation of MRSS throughout Ohio’s Region 8. Daily duties of overseeing and ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting, meeting of fidelity measures, clinical supervision, participating in hiring and onboarding of new staff, personnel matters and state level meetings to report program status.
The Assistant Director will oversee three dispatch locations and the MRSS Team Leads assigned at each location. Strong collaboration with community partners and stakeholders will be required to provide education of the service and continued reciprocal relationships.
Candidates for consideration must be able to work independently, have strong clinical decision-making skills and problem-solving skills, must be detail-oriented, and highly organized. Requires some evening hours, on call availability for teams providing services 24 / 7 and travel within the region.

Requirements :
Required Degree : Masters in Social Work, Counseling, or related degree that results in licensure
Required Licensure : LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
