Full-time Family and Internal Medicine Clinicians along with rotating specialists are here to serve you in Northern Door County. Opening Spring 2023, the new Door County Medical Center Clinic and Rehab Facility located at 2345 Canterbury Lane in Sister Bay will be here to serve the healthcare needs of the community! Rehab patients will enjoy an enlarged gym space as well as additional therapy rooms that will allow for flexible programming.

Unit Description : Outpatient, adult, young adult, potential neuro, geriatric, sports medicine

Required :  Active WI License  Certifications Required :  AHA BLS

Experience Requirements :   2 years current experience

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.\n\nPer Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.\n\nTravel Reimbursements included in Pay Package - please discuss with Recruiter
