Warehouse Manager

• . This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in : 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208

The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support our key warehouse shift.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.

Qualifications :

Must

be able to work fully on-site at our

693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208

warehouse.

Must

be able to commit to full time schedule 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday

Should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or any related field.

Fluent / Conversational in Spanish (required)

with excellent communication skills (Role involves relaying information in Spanish.)

A college degree in any field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Prior supervisor experience preferred, but not required.

Computer proficiency is a must.

Ability to work independently and lead by example.

Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player.

Occasional overtime may be required during the busy season.

Compensation & Benefits for the First Year :

Full time role

Hourly Rate : $33.65 / hour

Health insurance eligibility

3 weeks paid vacation per year (must be taken outside of July–September)

Key Responsibilities :

Support warehouse team members during the day shift (9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) while

reinforcing best practices and SOPs.

nventory and Data Management.

Ensure collaboration and regular updates from the other warehouse is provided.

Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders, especially during high-volume season.

Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.

Report Generation & Analysis.

Order & Documentation Processing.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operational hand-offs.

Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.
