We are looking for a GM to join our team to build sales, create a neighborhood connection with our guests- and grow with the organization.
TGP will have 9 locations open by the end of 2025, with another 6-10 scheduled to open in the tai-state area in 2026.
Grow within the company, as we expand and other positions become available.
For the GM Role : 50 hour work week

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening / closing procedures, food preparation, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Financial Management
Achieve sales targets and profitability goalsControl labor costs and manage scheduling to optimize staffing levelsMonitor food costs and minimize wastePrepare and manage budgets, analyze P&L statementsHandle cash management and banking proceduresTeam Leadership
