General Manager

Now Hiring for the General Manager position! Join the TGP family- a fast grown fast-fine mediterranean concept, with 5 locations open between NY / NJ, with another 4 under construction.

We are looking for a GM to join our team to build sales, create a neighborhood connection with our guests- and grow with the organization.

TGP will have 9 locations open by the end of 2025, with another 6-10 scheduled to open in the tai-state area in 2026.

Grow within the company, as we expand and other positions become available.

For the GM Role : 50 hour work week

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening / closing procedures, food preparation, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
• Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
