Tasks

We're looking for an experienced AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced AI-powered systems. You'll combine your Rails expertise with deep knowledge of LLMs and ML infrastructure to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. From agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration to RAG pipelines and voice-based learning agents—you'll have ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement LLM-powered agentic workflows for real-world tasks.
• Build organization-specific customization layers and AI safety systems
• Develop voice- and message-based AI learning agents
• Architect and maintain RAG, vector search, and evaluation pipelines
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and clients to shape product direction.
