Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking People Data, Reporting & Analytics Manager as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

The role plays a critical role in shaping how people's data is collected, analyzed, and presented across the organization. This role leads the development and delivery of HR reporting, dashboarding, and analytics capabilities using Workday as the core HR data platform, complemented by tools like Power BI and other reporting technologies. The manager will oversee the creation of standardized global HR metrics, ensure data integrity, and partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday reports, scorecards, and dashboards supporting global HR metrics and KPIs.

Serve as the data steward for HR data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across global regions.

Deliver actionable insights that help HR and business leaders make informed talent and organizational decisions.

Requirements

The anticipated base pay range is $123,605 - $162,232 USD
