Key Responsibilities

Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols

Provide information to clients regarding the viability of pursuing litigation

Monitor attorneys assigned to files to ensure aggressive pursuit of damages and report to clients

Qualifications and Requirements

Salesforce experience preferred

Demonstrate an understanding of the urgency required to maximize recoveries

Good computer skills with strong customer service experience

Ability to multi-task and work proactively

Self-starter with a desire to grow and learn
