A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay (Remote) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes
Perform outbound calls and other assigned activities as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year of collections experience in healthcare
Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
Associate's degree preferred
Two years of related experience in self-pay collections in healthcare is a plus
