Perform all administrative functions for Teamwork Cloud, including : user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of Teamwork Cloud
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain documentation related to the Teamwork Cloud tools and processes
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of Teamwork Cloud with other systems
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Education / Training

Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred

Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security+) required

Experience

3+ years of professional experience in Windows System Administration

Preferred Experience

Experience as a Teamwork Cloud Administrator

Experience working withing Active Directory

Experience with Kubernetes and Containerization

Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service

Experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for Teamwork Cloud

Experience with DB2 database administration and management

Requirements

Security :

Must be a US citizen

Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements

Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms

Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk

Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary : $100,000 - 140,000

Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
