Title : Project Coordinator (mid-level)

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN | Hybrid

Assignment Length : 12 months

Compensation : $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Industry : Retail

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Coordinator to support a dynamic technology infrastructure team based in Brooklyn Park. This role plays a key part in the planning and execution of hardware installation projects across corporate headquarters, distribution centers, and retail stores. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Document project requirements for infrastructure installations.
  • Track project intake details including timelines, deliverables, and scope changes.
  • Liaise with technology stakeholders to gather documentation and project inputs.

Project Tools & Reporting

  • Manage and maintain project data using Smartsheet.
  • Create and update project portals and dashboards.
  • Transfer and organize data across various project management tools.
  • Maintain and publish team reports and documentation.
  • Track program-level issues, risks, and action items.
  • Support Project Managers with documentation updates and coordination.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across diverse workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in hybrid / in-person settings.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as :
  • Smartsheet, Slack, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira
  • Logistics tracking systems

    • Relevant Technical Experience

  • Network Equipment : Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs)
  • Structured Cabling : Cat6a, fiber, circuit installations
  • Server & Compute Equipment
  • Telephony & Surveillance : IP Phones, CCTV / IP Cameras
  • Retail Technology : POS systems, wireless handheld devices
  • Power Infrastructure : UPS systems, PDUs, ATSs
