Associate Civil Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Design and Drafting : Develop civil engineering designs, including utilities, water / wastewater, grading, drainage, and roadways using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation).

Project Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, surveyors, scientists and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Technical Reports : Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision-making.

Field Support : Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, verify design implementation, pre-design site investigations and resolve on-site issues as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience : 0–3 years of experience in civil engineering design.

Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation and other relevant engineering software is a plus.

Licensing : Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or a willingness to obtain it.

Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
