Job Responsibilities :

The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime, and leading the implementation of a new payroll system, Dayforce. This role involves ensuring data integrity, providing system support, and driving process improvements to enhance HR operations.

Your Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead the implementation of the Dayforce payroll system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Dayforce implementation.
• Train HR staff and end-users on the new payroll system functionalities and processes.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics using Workday and ADP eTime.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR system users.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR staff and end-users.
• Address user inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
