In this role, you will :

• Travel as needed to apartment complexes in the metro Richmond area to make repairs.
• Repair or install appliances, complex HVAC needs, plumbing, electrical, and some carpentry in residential apartments.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team.
• Maintain documentation for work orders.
• Assist the Service Training Supervisor (STS) with the oversight, coaching, and development of trainees and internal service staff.
