THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A HOTEL NIGHT AUDIT - FRONT DESK REP

This is a full-time hospitality graveyard shift position, working 10 PM to 6 AM, 4 – 5 days a week . Flexibility is key, as weekend and holiday shifts will be part of your schedule.

You will bring a welcoming customer service energy to late-night travelers, greeting guests with a smile and assisting them with check-ins and check-outs. As the overnight team member, you will take ownership of our guest service operations, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests throughout the night. You will run nightly audit reports on our computer system, maintain a clean and presentable front desk, and prepare the hotel for the next day's success. Whenever guests have questions, requests, or concerns, you'll respond with friendly and professional solutions, ensuring their stay is exceptional.

OUR IDEAL HOTEL NIGHT AUDIT - FRONT DESK REP

  • Flexibility to commit to a minimum of 2 – 3 shifts per week, including weekends, holidays, and overnight availability
