Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) role at Abe . Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising. We help clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team.
As the Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients and leads communication of results, creation of custom strategies, and execution of Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Work with the Associate Director to align internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
2+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and moreStrong Paid media principles knowledge : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics tools to drive decisionsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataCompetitive, curious, problem solverStay on the cutting edge of the industry, seeking opportunities to grow and shareAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-focused and passionate about advertisingTravel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional Abe offices in Irvine, CA. For some positions, global opportunities may be available where we have established businesses (Canada, UK, Australia). You must have work authorization for the location if applicable. This role can operate 100% virtually from your home office; collaboration occurs via Zoom and Slack. You will need a laptop, relevant software, and reliable internet.
